摘要
商务英语是用于商务交际的一种文体 ,礼貌是它的文体特征之一 ,在具体的操作中要使之表现出礼貌 ,表现出对他人的尊重必须在商务英语信函语言的表达形式 。
Business English is media of business communication with the core characteristics of politeness.But in business communication how can the writer show politeness,thus respect to the reader?It should aim to discuss the effective methods to make business English writings polite from three respects:forms of expression,ways of expressing and practical operations.
