摘要
洋葱根尖细胞有丝分裂实验是中师生物教学的一个基础实验 .由于教材提供的实验方法存在一些弊端 ,致使该实验常常达不到预期效果 .通过对本实验各个环节的认真研究 ,探讨出了一种新的实验操作方案 。
The onion root tip karyokinesis experiment is a basic experiment in middle normal school biological teaching. The textbook experiment procedure is imperfect and reduces experiment effect. Through carefully researching into every aspect of this experiment, the betterment was devised and has considerably raised the success rate.
