巨细胞病毒对乙肝患者危害的研究

Cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in patients with hepatitis B

目的了解不同类型肝炎患者及健康人感染巨细胞病毒 (CMV)状态及临床特征。方法用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测321例不同人群血清中CMV_DNA。结果乙肝患者CMV_DNA总检出率为34.2 % ,健康人为4.4%。乙肝患者分型检测CMV_DNA阳性率为 :急肝17.7%、慢轻肝19.4 %、慢中肝45.4 %、慢重肝51.6 %、肝硬化37.2 %。结论CMV_DNA在不同人群中均能检出。

Objective To investigate the prevalences of CMV infection in patients with hepatitis B and health control.Methods CMV infection was determined in 321 people by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results CMV DNA was detected in 34.2% of patients with hepatitis B and in 4.4% of health control.The positive rates of CMV DNA were 17.7% in acute hepatitis,19.4% in chronic light hepatitis,51.6% in chronic severe hepatitis and 37.2% in liver cirrhosis.Conclusion CMV DNA can be detected in all kinds of hepatitis B and health control.Our results suggest that CMV infection may aggravate the impairment on health of patients with hepatitis B.
