摘要
目的 探讨大鼠迟发性脑血管痉挛时血管造影和光镜下血管直径的时相变化。方法 将 5 6只雄性SD大鼠两次枕大池注入自体动脉血诱导迟发性脑血管痉挛 ,8只对照组大鼠则注入生理盐水。在设定时间颈外动脉逆行插管血管造影后 ,光镜下测量左侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)直径。〗HT5”H〗结果 血管造影表明脑血管痉挛在第 2天出现 ,第 8天达到高峰。高峰期持续至第 12天 ,第 14天可见MCA痉挛有一定程度缓解。除第 12天外 ,光镜下MCA的时相变化与血管造影结果相似。
Objective To establish the time course of chronic cerebral vasospam in rat with digital subtract angiograghy(DSA). Methods Fifty six rats were arranged to seven groups according to designated time intervals since first cisterna magna injection.Chronic vasospasm was induced in male Sprague Dawley rats by an injection of autologuous blood (250 microl) into the cisterna magna followed by a second injection 24 hours later.A contral group of eight animals were treated with injections of 0.9% sodium chloride solution.At the designated time,pressure controlled digital subtract angiography after retrograde cannulation of the exernal carotid artery was performanced.The animals were perfusion fixed and their middle cerebral arteries (MCA) were removed to assess their diameter with the aid of a microscope. Results In the angiogram of digital subtract angiography, chronic cerebral vasospasm appeared at the second day after the first cisterna magna injection and reached the peak in the eighth day.The peak of vasospasm continued until the twelfth day.The vasospasm of MCA released in some extension at the fourteenth day.The alteration of MCA diameter in optial microscop was similar to that of angiogram according with the time cours of cerebral vasospasm except for the twelfth day's. Conclusion The time course of chronic cerebral vasospasm in angiogram of digital substract angiography can provide reliable and complete information about the alteration of cerebral artery in rats for the delayed cerebral vasospasm reseach.
