乳腺癌p53和p27蛋白的表达及意义

Significance of p53 and p27 protein expressing in breast cancer

目的 探讨p5 3蛋白和p2 7蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化S -P法检测 6 7例乳腺癌中p5 3蛋白和p2 7蛋白的表达情况。结果 6 7例乳腺癌中p5 3蛋白和p2 7蛋白的阳性表达率分别为 5 8 3%和 5 9 7% ,p5 3蛋白的表达与乳腺腋窝淋巴结转移有相关性 (P <0 0 1) ,p2 7蛋白的表达也与乳腺腋窝淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,乳腺癌p2 7和p5 3蛋白表达之间无明显相关。结论 p5 3蛋白的过表达和p2 7蛋白的失表达均与乳腺癌发生发展相关 。

To investigate the espression of p53 and p27 protein in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods: Sixty seven cases of breast cancer were examined for p53 and p27 protein expression with the S-P staining immunohistochemical method.Results: The positive rate of p53 and p27 protein expression were 58 3% and 59 7% seperatery.There was significant difference between p53 protein expression and lymph node metastasis(-) and lymph mode metastasis(+) patienst (P<0 01).The loss of p27 protein expression was associated with the axillary lymph notes metastasis of breast cancer(P<0 05).There was no significant correlation between the expression of p53 and p27 protein.Conclusions: The loss of p27 protein expression and over expression of p53 protein may be related to the genesis and development of some breast cancer.There are of value in prognosis of breast cancer.
