Analysis of the Cause of the Recurrence of Varicosis in Lower Extremities with Phlebography

目的 :探讨下肢静脉曲张术后复发的原因。材料和方法 :回顾性分析1997年1月至2001年12月诊治的83例(89侧)下肢静脉曲张术后复发病例资料 ,静脉顺行造影了解下肢深、浅静脉和交通支瓣膜功能。结果 :静脉造影显示深静脉瓣膜功能不全59.55 %(53/89),交通支瓣膜功能不全64.04 %(57/89),大隐静脉主干残留19.10 %(17/89),深静脉血栓形成后遗症14.61 %(13/89),静脉发育异常1.12 %(1/89)。结论 :下肢静脉曲张是深、浅静脉和交通支静脉功能不全的共同临床表现 ,术前静脉造影可明确疾病性质 ,从而选择正确的手术方式 ,避免术后复发。

Purpose:To discuss the cause of the recurrence of varicosis after varicotomy in the lower extremity.Materials and Methods:83 recurrent cases(89 legs) treated since January 1997 to December 2001 were retrospectively analyzed.The functions of the superficial vein,the deep vein as well as the perforating vein have been found out with phlebography.Results:Among them the rate of deep insufficiency venous was 59.55%(53/89) and perforating venous insufficiency 64.04%(57/89).The residual long saphenous was found at the rate of 19.10%(17/89) and the sequelae after deep vein thrombosis 14.16%(13/89) with one case of vein heteroplasia.Conclusion:Varicosis in the lower extremity is the clinical behavior resulting from deep,superficial and perforating venous insufficiencies.It is important to know the clinical character with preoperative phlebography and to choice the proper operative for avoidance of the recurrence of the varicosis.
