摘要 目的 :为神经导航定位系统提供最精确的医学影像资料 ,提高神经外科手术的质量和成功率。材料和方法 :结合医学影像的薄层扫描和三维重建技术 ,调整CT和MRI导航定位扫描中的各项参数。结果 :确定了神经导航立体定向系统的CT和MRI定位扫描步骤及参数 ,为临床提供了精确的影像资料 ,共完成25例病例的手术治疗 ,效果满意。结论 Purpose:To offer the most accurate medical image materials of the neuro-navigation stereotaxy system in operating case of brain tumor and to improve the quality of the neuro-surgery and success rate of the operation.Materials and Methods:Combining the thin slice scan and three-dimension reconstruction technology in CT and MRI head scanning to adjust the parameters.Results:The CT and MRI scanning procedures and parameters for neuro-navigation stereotaxy system was confirmed finally to offer the accurate image materials for neuro-surgery.All 25 cases were finished successfully.Conclusion:The accurate medical image is very important to ensure the accurate localization of the neuro-surgery navigation system and the success of the brain tumor operation.
