原发性肠系膜肿瘤34例分析

The Analysis of 34 Cases Primary Mesentery Tumors

目的 探讨原发性肠系膜肿瘤的诊断及治疗。方法 对 34例原发性肠系膜肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果 34例肠系膜肿瘤 ,良性 5年生存率 10 0 % ,恶性均在术后 3年内死亡。结论 肠系膜恶性肿瘤预后差 。

Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of primary mesentery tumors.Methods To review and analyze 34 cases primary mesentery tumors. Results The 5-year survival rate was 100% in the benign tumors and all the patients with malignant tumors died in 3 years.Conclusions The malignant primary mesentery tumors had bad prognosis . Early diagnosis, operating and chemotherapy in time were the keys to improve the survival rate.
