乳癌骨转移的ECT、CT影像学评价

ECT and CT Imaging Evaluation of Skeletal Metastases from Breast Cancer

目的 分析 10 5例乳癌骨转移的ECT、CT表现 ,评价ECT、CT的诊断价值。方法 搜集1998～ 2 0 0 2年 10 5例乳癌骨转移ECT资料 ,其中CT扫描 31例 ,X线平片 76例。结果 乳癌骨转移的好发部位依次是肋骨、脊椎、胸骨、颅骨、骨盆等。主要ECT表现为多骨多处浓集灶或单发浓集灶。CT表现为溶骨性破坏伴软组织肿块。结论 乳癌骨转移首选ECT并结合X线检查 。

Objective To analyze 105 cases ECT and CT Imaging finding of skeletal etastasis from breast cancer evaluates diagnostic value. Methods Collecting 105 cases ECT file of skeletal metastases from breast cancer from 1998 to 2002,of the total 105 cases, 31 cases were scanned by CT,76 cases were shot by X-ray. Results The sites of predilection of skeletal metastases from breast cancer were in the following: Rib, Spine Sternum Skull Pelvis, ect. The main ECT sign was multiple abnormal foci in many bones or single focus. CT sign was ostealytic destruction with soft tissue mass. Conclusions ECT in combination with conventional radio graph should be the initial imaging modalities for bone metastases from breast cancer. CT is reliable methods of diagnosis skeletal metastases.
