摘要
目的 探讨急性脑卒中与血管性痴呆时的血清髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)的改变及治疗的影响。 方法 对急性脑卒中与血管性痴呆于入院未治疗前及治疗后进行MBP测定观察。 结果 急性出血性与缺血性脑卒中入院未治疗前 ,MBP分别为 8 4 5 μg L± 6 0 5 μg L与 7 4 2 μg L± 4 13μg L。治疗后为 3 89μg L± 2 78μg L与 3 4 1μg L± 1 90 μg L。血管性痴呆患者治疗前后无明显差异 (7 2 5 μg L± 4 76 μg L与 7 4 2 μg L± 4 5 7μg L)。
Objective To investigate the concentration of myelin basic protein(MBP) and its change after treatment in the serum of the patients with acute cerebral stroke and the vascular dementia Methods There were 30 patients with acute hemonhagic stroke, 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke and 20 patients with vascular dementia The concentration of MBP in their sera was detected by using ELISA before and after treatment Results The concentration of MBP before treatment in acute hemorrhagic stroke was 8 45μg/L±6 05μg/L,acute ischemic stroke was 7 42μg/L±4 13μg/L,after treatment they were 3 88μg/L±2 78μg/L and 3 41μg/L±1 90μg/L separately But in the patients with vascular dementia,the concentration of MBP had no marked difference(7 25μg/L±4 76μg/L vs 7 42μg/L±4 57μg/L) Conclusion The changes of MBP concentration in the patients with acute cerebral stroke and vascular dementia suggested that the cerebral tissue was injured and provided a scientific basis for their diagnosis,and might help to observe the therapeutic effect
