山羊咬肌附着及其再附着的组织学观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究山羊咬肌与下颌骨不同骨面再附着过程,并与咬肌正常附着的组织学表现进行比较。方法 以9只成年山羊为研究对象,其中1只为正常对照。将实验组山羊双侧咬肌从下颌骨骨面剥离,附着区骨面平均分为二部分,分别采用保留原骨面或去除皮质骨暴露松质骨的方法处理附着区骨面,咬肌原位缝合。手术后2、4、8、12周采集标本,进行组织学观察。结果 术后早期,咬肌与两种结构骨面的愈合界面组织学表现不同。8周后趋于相似,12周时形成的肌-骨界面结构类似于正常咬肌附着。结论 山羊咬肌失附着后,肌与松质骨和皮质骨骨面都能形成再附着,且界面形态类似正常咬肌附着。因此可以认为山羊咬肌与下颌骨形成新附着与骨面结构没有关系。 ve To investigate the process of masseter muscle reattachment to the cortical and cancellous bone of mandible . Methods Nine adult goats were used in the study. One was control group. Eight of them were treated with bilateral detachment of the masseter muscle. The biopsies of bone and muscle were taken at 2,4,8,12 weeks after the operation. The characteristics of the healing muscle to bone interface were examined by histological techniques. Results Histological analysis at the early healing process revealed distinguishable character between the cortical and cancellous speciments. After 8 weeks, this process was indistinguishable. 12 weeks the interface of the muscle reattachment is similar to the normal. Conclusion This study demonstrated that masseter muscle could get new insertion with cortical and cancellous bone. The histological character of muscle-bone interface were associated with time but had no significant benefit from cortical and cancellous bone.
