Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Three Drug Therapy in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的 :探讨不同药物治疗方案对功能性消化不良的经济效果。方法 :运用药物经济学中的成本 效果分析方法对西沙必利、莫沙必利、氯波必利进行分析。结果 :用西沙必利治疗功能性消化不良为最佳治疗药物。结论 :通过分析 ,说明药物经济学的成本 效果分析方法在优化治疗方案、指导合理用药、提高经济效益方面具有重要作用。

Objective: To explore the economic effects with different drug therapy regimens in treatment of functional dyspepsia. Method: Domperidon, mosapride, and clebopride were analysed by cost effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics. Result: Domperidon was a best drug for functional dyspepsia. Coclusion: The cost effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics have a important effect in optimization of therapy regimen, direction of rational drug used, and increase of economic effect.
