二十世纪五六十年代的党内错误难以克服 ,究其原因 ,主要有如下方面 :中国人格化的权力结构 ,消解了纠正党内错误的主导力量 ;对党的组织原则民主集中制的误解 ,阻碍了党组织纠正错误的内在功能的发挥 ;超凡魅力权威的影响 ,增加了纠正党内错误的思想阻力 ;同体监督制约的弱化 ,缺乏纠正党内错误的必备动力 ;决策更正机制的滞后 。

During 20th 50-60's,the structure of the personal power disintegrated the main force which corrected inner party mistakes;the misunderstanding for democratic centralism of party impeded.The taking advantage of function which the party organization corrected the inner party mistakes;The effecting of outstanding glamour increased the obstruction of idea which corrected the inner party mistakes;The weakness of the inner supervising and restraining reduced the power which corrected the inner party mistakes;The stagnant mechanism of correction for making policy created the condition which the inner party mistakes existed.
