摘要
桐城派的文运虽然与清王朝的国运相始终 ,但是不能因此认定桐城派为清王朝的御用文人。在思想内容、文学体裁和文学风格等方面 ,桐城派的文章与清王朝所提倡的都有所不同。对于程朱理学 ,桐城派主要是从学术研究和高尚人格方面来提倡的 ,与清王朝提倡程朱理学的目的、内容也有所不同。桐城派作家多生活于社会的中下层 ,他们是在对当时的政治失望以后 。
The developments of Tongcheng School have a close connection with Qing Dynasty, but we can't conclude that the writers of Tongcheng School are the writers for use of the emperor. Tongcheng School' articles have difference with Qing dynasty' on the content,types,or styles.Tongcheng School advocated Cheng and zhu' philosophy because they thought it is more correct than others. Most of the writers of Tongcheng School were very poor and they were very disappointed to the government.
