在日益开放的环境下 ,思想政治教育面临着新的机遇和挑战 ,从文化传播的角度为思想政治教育探寻有效途径 ,无疑有助于从事思想政治教育实际工作者和研究者调整视角 ,不断拓宽思路。在分析文化传播的流向的基础上 ,将马克思主义的灌输原则置于一种开放的社会体系中 ,认识文化传播的次第规律可以得到方法论的启示 :在开展思想政治教育时要由浅入深 ,循序渐进 ,切不可急于求成 ,还应注意从物质上关心帮助教育对象 ,使教育对象达到思想情感上的进一步认同 ;认识文化传播中的变异现象 ,不仅可以区分哪些文化因素有益于我国的经济建设和政治生活 ,同时可以有效地避免文化传播中的消极影响 ,逐步确立科学合理的文化选择机制 ;无论是文化传播活动本身 ,还是文化传播过程 ,思想传输总是相伴相随 ,因而 ,研究分析文化传播的内在规律 。

In the increasingly open environment, Idealogical and political Education is faced with new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, the exploration of effective approaches to Idealogical and political Education from angle of cultural transmission. The recognition of the variability of cultural transmission can not only help differentiate varieties of cultural and determine what kind of cultural is favorable to our economic construction and political life, but also effectively prevent the negative influence of cultural transmission, so that a scientific and reasonable cultural selection mechanism can be gradually established. So the study and analysis of intrinsic regularity of cultural transmission for a carrier of Idealogical and political Education is of theoretical and realistic importance.
