The function of learning quatities is a complicated inner process .It can be divided into active positive function and passive negative function generally .In order to promote the optimizing development of the students'learning qualities,we should comprehensively analyse the mutual relations of learners' features and characteristics and their learning qualities to establish the aims ,contents ,ways and approaches of learning.
