摘要
邓小平同志提出了尊重知识,尊重人才,提出了干部的“四化”方针,破格提拔人才等一系列富有创建性的理论,丰富和发展了马列主义、毛泽东思想,为我国人才管理、人事制度改革提供了理论依据和指导方针。
Deng Xiaoping set forth a serirs of constructive theories, such as respecting knowledge and talent, constructing cadres, team according to a four-qualification policy, promoting talent breaking routine, and so forth. That enriches and develops Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong' Thought. Thus, theory-basis and guiding-policy are set up for talent management and personel system.
