健择联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

Advanced non-cell lung cancey treated with gemcitabin combined with cisplatin

目的 观察健择(吉西他滨,gemcitabine,GEM)联合顺铂(cisplation,DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 43例患者采用GP方案:健择(GEM)1200mg/m^2,第1、8天,顺铂(DDP)25mg/m^2第1,3,21天为1周期。结果 43例患者无1例达到完成缓解(CR),部份缓解(PR)为47％(20/43)。结论 健择联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效。

objective purpose :To observe the thempentjc effects of gemcitabine (GEM ) plus cisplatin (DDP) for the treatment of non-small cell Lung cancer (NSCLC),method 43 cases were treated with gemcitabin and cisplat in,Results The complete response rate was zero , and partialrate was 47% , conclusions:Gpregimen is effective for treating non small cell Lung cancer.
