摘要
目的 探讨三叉神经的分支上颌神经皮层诱发电位的特点及与三叉神经其他分支皮层诱发电位的差异。方法 通过刺激 10名健康成人的眶下神经 ,收集刺激对侧的三叉神经诱发电位 (TSEP)。结果 ①刺激发生 2 0ms左右出现P1,其后N1~N5等 9个波峰依次出现 ;②P3、N3、P4潜伏期稳定 ,N3~N4振幅高且图形规律 ;③上颌神经皮层诱发电位与下颌神经皮层诱发电位无明显差异。结论 上颌神经TSEP中高峰电位出现于 110ms的N3P4波 ,波幅 >10 μV ,其潜伏期相对稳定 ,形成上颌神经TSEP的特点 ,早期的P1~N2波幅较低 ,但可以因周围神经的改变而有较大的变化 ;正常上颌神经的TSEP各波潜伏期、图形特点、峰峰电位差与下颌神经TSEP差异不明显。根据图形特点。
Objective In order to explore the feature of trigeminal somatosensory evoked potential(TSEP) of the branch of maxillary nerve,and compare it with other branches of trigeminal nerve.Methods The TSEPs were recorded in ten health adults by electric stimulating of the infraorbital nerve-one branch of maxillary nerve of both sides,Results ①The first positive peak(P1) appeared at 20ms after stimulation,then the other nine peaks from N1 to N5 in succession.②In these peaks,the latencies of P3,N3 and P4 were stable,the amplitude of N3~N4 developed perendicular decline and great extent,the wave figures showed regular.③There were no significant difference on TSEPs between maxillary nerve and mandibular nerve.Conclusion The highest potential of the TSEPs of maxillary nerve appeared at N3P4 which occurred at 110ms.The amplitude was above 10μV,and the latency was stable relatively.The above-mentioned formed the characteristic of the TSEPs of maxillary nerve.In the early stage the amplitudes of P1 to N2 were low,but there would be a great variation by the changes of the teminal branches of maxillary nerve.The latencies,amplitudes,spike potential and figures of the TSEPs of maxillary nerve and mandibular nerve were similar.All of these parameters could be used to evaluate the functional condition and diagnoses of the disorders of maxillary nerve in the future.
