摘要
本文对气动位移系统的计算机“PCM”控制进行了研究,介绍了“PCM”控制的原理及应用、实验装置、系统计算机仿真及稳定性分析。仿真结果与实验结果有较好的一致性。本系统位移控制的重复精度达0.08mm,由此,可以认为“PCM”控制为廉价的气动系统位移控制提供了新的途径。
This article deals in the computer PCM control of pneumatic positioning system.The theory and application,experi-mental apparatus,computer simulation of system and analysis of stability of PCM control are introduced.Pretty comformabilityof the results of simulation with experiment is obtained.The repeatability of positioning of the system is achieved up to 0.08ram.Thus it may be deemed that PCM control offers a new way for cheap positioning control of pneumatic system.
