摘要
作者曾提出一种节能近50%的节能气动系统。本文简述了按设计计算需要,建立系统数学模型的思想,进行了计算机仿真与实验研究。由大量仿真计算的结果作出了整套曲线图,按不同要求制定了适于各种情况的工程设计计算方法,以利于节能系统在工业中推广使用。
The authors put forward an energy-saving pneumatic system (ESPS) which saves nearly 50% of energy.Inthis paper,in accordance with the requirements of design and calculation,the idea of mathematic model of system was estab-lished;computer simulations and experimental researches were carried out;based on a lot of the results calculated the whole setof curves were plotted;and engineering design and calculation procedures suitable for various conditions were formulated accord-ing to different requirements.Thus,it is beneficial to popularization and application of the ESPS in industry.
