摘要
目的 :磁共振成像术 (MRI)是一种以分析置于强磁场中的组织内水分子对高频放射波的吸收和传递为基础的诊断技术 ,本文研究 0 5T(超导型 )磁振设备在心脏、大血管测量方面的准确性与可靠性。方法 :选用 30例正常人进行主动脉、肺动脉内径、左室后壁和室间隔在舒末期和缩末期的厚度及左室容积射血分数进行测量。随机抽取 1 0个病例进行左室内腔长轴径线、容积和射血分数的测定。上述结果均与超声测量进行对照并作相关分析。结果 :本组MRI心脏、大血管测量结果与超声测量对比有很好的相关性。左室径线、容积和射血分数与心脏超声测量相差很小。结论 :在 0 5T(超导型 )磁振设备上进行心脏、大血管测量虽不如超声简单、便捷 。
Objective: Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is a diagnostic technique based on analysis of the absorption and transmission of high-frequenoy radio waves by the water molecules in tissues placed in a strong magnefic field. This paper is to determine the accuracy and reliability of measurement of heart and great vessels on MRI of superconductive MR unit of 0.5T.Methods:Thirty normal cases were selected for measurement of inner diameter of thoracic aorta and pulmonary trunk, and also end-systolic and end-diastolic thickness of ventricular septum and posterior wall of left ventricle. And, 10 diseased cases were selected randomly for measurement of long axis of left ventricular chamber, and calculations of its EDV, ESV and EF were made. The results were compared with those of sonograpic studies and their interrelationship was analyzed. Results: In this study, data of inner diameter of the above-mentioned great vessels and ventricular and septal thickness were well interrelated with those of sonographic studies. Little differences were found between data of measurement of long axis of left ventricle and calculations of EDV, ESV and EF got from these two study methods. Conclusion: Measurements of heart and great vessels on MRI of superconductive 0.5T unit could be accurate and reliable, though the procedure is not as convenient and straightforward as sonography.
