摘要
目的 :利用体表 2—D超声心动图探测右室射血分数 (EF)及其正常值 ,并应用于临床。方法 :采用右室长轴、短轴切面 ,对右室EF正常值范围作了测算。结果 :测得均数为 6 1 4 % ,标准差为 5 0 5 % ,确定它的 95 %的单测正常值范围下限为 5 3% ,99%的单测正常值范围下限为 4 9%。与右室增大者测得的EF均值 4 7%有显著性差异。结论 :该方法测得的右室EF正常值与核医学所测得的正常值范围 4 8±6 %比较接近 。
Objective: Two-dimensional echocardiogram, that provides mainly the measurement of left ventricular parameters, is also useful to investigate and display the action of right ventricle of heart as it beats. This paper was to assess the ejection fraction (EF) of right ventricle (RV) and its normal value by 2-D transthoracic echocardiography for clinic use. Methods: Normal value of right ventricular EF was determined by measuring the cross-section of RV longitudinal axis and transverse axis of outflow tract and calculated with the help of computer.Results: Average value of normal individuals of EF was 61.4%, with standard deviation 5.05%; the lower limits of 95% one-sided normal range and 99% one-sided normal range were 53% and 49% respectively. Average value of EF of individuals with right ventricular enlargement was 47%, the difference between two average values was statistically significant. Conclusion: The measured value(53%)of right ventricular ejection fraction is approximate to that of 48 6% measured by the Nuclear Medicine Institution, and is therefore hopeful to be ascertained as normal value for clinic use.
