异种金属激光焊接熔焊区的组织合金化

摘要 目的 观察不同金属之间焊接后熔焊区组织合金化情况。方法 将金铂合金、镍铬合金、钴铬合金及纯钛应用激光焊接方法相互焊接 ,在电镜下观察熔焊区金属元素相互混熔及合金化结构。结果 金铂 -镍铬、金铂 -钴铬、镍铬 -钴铬合金相互焊接后熔焊区两种金属元素均呈渐进性混合 ,交接过度平缓 ,中间混熔区混熔后组织杂交均匀 ,晶粒增长不大。金铂 -钛、镍铬 -钛、钴铬 -钛相互焊接后在熔焊区靠近钛界面一侧合金化组织过度不良 ,有明显的条索状组织存在 ,混熔区组织与钛金属界限清楚 ,高倍镜下可见混熔区组织晶粒增大、不规则 ,并有裂纹产生。结论 金铂 -镍铬、金铂 -钴铬、镍铬 -钴铬合金激光焊接后熔焊区组织合金化形成良好 ,而金铂 -钛、镍铬 -钛、钴铬 Objective To observe the structure alloyage in the fusion zone of different metals welded by laser.Methods To weld differnent metals by laser including Au-Pt,Ni-Cr,Co-Cr and pure titanium,and then observe the element's interfusion and the structure in fusion zone by electron microscope.Results In fusion zone of welded AuPt to NiCr?AuPt to CoCr and NiCr to CoCr,the two metal elements mixed gradually with a slow transition,the tissue crossed equably and the crystal particle was not enlarged.After Au-Pt?Ni-Cr?Co-Cr were welded to pure titanium,the structural alloyage with a bad transition and striation tissues and the clear ambit between the fusion zone and titanium could be seen.Crystal pariticle in the tissue of the fusion zone was enlarged and irregular with fissures under the high power lens.Conclusion The alloyage in the fusion zone tissue by laser welding is good in Au-Pt with Ni-Cr?Au-Pt with Co-Cr?Ni-Cr with Co-Cr,and is bad in Au-Pt?Ni-Cr?Co-Cr to pure titanium.
