摘要
目的 研究纳米SiO2 -x对高强玻璃纤维 /EAM树脂复合材料性能的影响。方法 以纳米粒子SiO2-x、高强玻璃纤维 (S -GF)作为增强材料 ,以齿科丙烯酸树脂 (EAM树脂 )、过氧化苯甲酰 (BPO)作为基体 ,制备了聚合物基纤维纳米复合材料 ,测试了预浸料及复合材料的性能。结果 纳米SiO2 加入后可显著提高复合材料的强度和模量 ,当纳米SiO2 -x含量为 5 %时 ,复合材料的弯曲强度提高 5 5 .6 % (为 170 2 .4Mpa)。 结论 纳米SiO2 -x的加入 。
Objective To study the effect of nano-SiO 2-x on the mechanical properties of high strength glass fiber reinforced EAM resin.Methods Polymerio-Nano-Fiber composites were prepared whose reinforced material were nanometer SiO 2-x and fiber S-GF and resin materials were EAM resin and BPO. The properties of prepreg and composites were studied.Results The strength and modulus of composites increased significantly by nanometer SiO 2-x. When the content of nanometer SiO 2-x was 5%, the flexural strength of composites increased by 55.6%( 1702.4Mpa).Conclusion Many properties of compsites were increased with nanometer SiO 2-x.
