龟龄集防治大鼠急性肝损伤的实验研究及机理探讨 被引量:9

摘要 本文分别采用CCl_4和D-GaIN造成大鼠急性肝损伤模型后,测定其血清MDA、SOD、GSH-PX含量,同时对实验动物肝脏分别进行了组织化学、组织形态学及电镜观察。结果表明,GLJ小剂量组能降低CCl_4及D-GaIN所致大鼠急性肝损伤动物血清中MDA值,并使降低的SOD及GSH-PX值升高。组织形态学、组织化学及电镜观察结果均表明,GLJ小剂量有增加肝受损大鼠ATP酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶及显著保护肝细胞作用。另外,文章对中医肝肾同源中的肾阳、肝阳关系及中药量效关系进行了探讨。 In this paper, after caused the models of acute liver damage of rats with CCl4 and D-GaIN respectively, the author measured the amount of MDA, SOD and GSH in serum of rats. At the same time, the author observed the test animals from histochemistry, histomorphology and electrical microscope. All the results indicate the small quantity group of GLJ can alleviate the acute liver damage caused by CCL, or D-GaIN, the volume of MDA in serum, and increase the amount of SOD and GSH which have dropped. Additionally, basing on the test results, we can see the small quantity group of GLJ has so pronounced function to raise the ATP enzyme of rats and Amber acid-off hydrogen enzyme that to protect liver cells well. Besides, the paper discussed the relation between kidney positive and liver positive in the theory of that liver and kidney are both from one origin, and the relation between quantity and effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
