小窝、小窝蛋白与细胞信号转导 被引量:8

摘要 小窝 (caveolae)是一种特化的细胞质膜结构 ,主要由蛋白质和脂类组成 ,其中小窝蛋白 (caveolin)是其主要的结构和调节成分。caveolae不仅参与跨膜物质转运 ,而且是细胞信号分子富集和信号转导的枢纽。Caveolin能与多种关键性信号分子如G蛋白α亚单位、Ha Ras、Src酪氨酸激酶家族成员 (Src ,Fyn等 )、EGF受体、胰岛素受体、PKC、eNOS等连接 ,对其活性状态起直接调控作用 ,尤其是负性调控作用 ,从而参与了细胞分化、增殖、肿瘤发生、炎症、肌病、心肌肥厚、衰老等多种病理、生理过程。
