摘要
开发一种新的催化裂化操作诊断技术——FCC催化剂显微观察与图库制作。即通过对催化裂化装置不同工况下各部位采集到的大量催化剂样品进行显微观察与摄影,建立催化剂显微图库,对分析、判断和解决催化裂化装置的生产技术疑难问题具有指导意义。
A new technology, FCC catalyst microscope-view and micrograph atlas, was developed for di-agnosing FCC operation. Through widely microscope-viewing and photographing catalysts sampled from different posi-tions under various process conditions, a catalyst micrograph atlas was established. It can assist the operators to ana-lyze, judge and solve the technical problems happened in FCC production.
