摘要
为满足稠油开采业对乳化降粘剂耐高温、抗矿盐等性能的要求,合成了一种磺酸、羧酸和聚醚共缩聚型乳化降粘剂,在实验室考察了共缩聚物组成与性能的关系。结果表明,在350℃高温处理前后,其乳化降粘效果无明显的变化;在钙镁离子浓度达2000mg/L的矿化水中,其降粘率仍达90%以上,优于磺酸盐或磷酸盐型乳化降粘剂。
To meet the demand of high thermal stability and high salt tolerance of emulsifier used in viscous oil production, a condensed emulsifier was prepared by the monomers with functional groups such as-COOH,-SO_3H and - (OCH_2CH_2)n- groups. The relationship between the composition and emulsification performance of the emulsifier was investigated in the laboratory. It was shown that its viscosity-reducing effect had no obvious change after treatment under 350℃; and the viscosity-reducing rate still kept higher than 90% at a concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in mineral water up to 2000mg/L. The performance of the said emulsifier was better than that of sulfonate and phosphonate type emulsifiers.
