摘要
在处理量为30m^3/h的中型试验装置上,对主要含烃类污染物和少量硫化氢有机硫化物的石化污水处理场隔油池散发的废气进行了试验研究。该废气经过脱硫预处理,采用蜂窝状Pt、Pd、Ce多组分TC79-2H催化剂,在空速40000h^(-1),反应器入口温度250℃,进口总烃体积分数1000~600μL/L的催化燃烧条件下,可以使总烃去除率达到97%以上,净化排气总烃体积分数小于100μL/L,无恶臭气味。
The waste gas from oil separating tank of effluent water treating plant in petrochemical complex mainly contains hydrocarbon pollutant, and some hydrogen sulfide and organic sulfide. Mfer pre-desulfurization, the waste gas was treated in a 30m^3/h pilot plant by catalytic combustion over a honeycomb multi-component catalyst com- posed of Pt, Pd and Ce under a space velocity of 40 000 h^(-1), a reactor inlet temperature of 250℃. The hydrocarbon in the waste gas was decreased from 1000 - 6000 μl/L to less than 100μl/L in purified gas without any offensive odor, the removal rate was higher than 97%.
