摘要
迄今为止,四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH),是合成新型催化材料——钛硅-1(TS-1)分子筛唯一的碱源和模板剂,其价格和消耗是影响TS-1分子筛成本的主要因素。针对合成TS-1分子筛过程对TPAOH质量要求的特点,选择了较为廉价的原料路线,由三正丙胺与1-溴丙烷反应合成四丙基溴化铵,在水溶液体系中简便地与未反应的原料分离,再经离子交换制得四丙基氢氧化铵水溶液,并在实验室考察了适宜的合成工艺条件。试验结果表明,合成四丙基溴化铵的条件为130℃、0.3MPa、1-溴丙烷与三正丙胺的摩尔比1.1~1.3、反应时间8~10h。
Up to now, tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) is the only template reagent and base source for the synthesis of titanium silicalite-1 zeolite (TS-1), a new catalytic material. The price and consumption of TPAOH are the key factors that influence the cost of TS-1. Based on the TPAOH quality needed for synthesizing TS-1,a cheaper raw material route was studied. Tetrapropylammonium bromide was synthesized from tripropylamine and npropylbromide, and separated simply in aqueous solution succeeded by ion exchange to obtain TPAOH aqueous solution. The synthesis conditions were investigated in the laboratory. The suitable conditions were a reaction temperature of 130℃, a mole ratio of n-propylbromide to tripropylamine of 1.1-1.3, a reaction time of 8-10h and a pressure of 0.3MPa.
