摘要
研究了间歇精馏法分离甲基丙烯酸丁酯的工艺条件和杂质对分离过程的影响,分离所得产品可以作为生产侧面发光光纤用高纯度单体。试验结果表明,较佳的分离条件是:操作温度低于85℃,原料在釜中受热时间不超过4h。在试验过程中采用变回流比方式进行操作,取得了较好的结果。
The separation condition of butyl methacrylate by batch distillation was studied and the effect of impurities on the separation process was analyzed. The purified product can be used as raw material in the preparation of high purity monomer of side-emission fiber. The results of the experiment indicated that the optimal separation conditions are under a temperature lower than 85℃ and heating the feedstock in batch still less than 4 hours. Better results were obtained by changing reflux ratios during the distillation process.
