摘要
对几种用于重油催化裂化装置外溢流管衬里的隔热材料和耐磨材料进行了性能比较。对其锚固结构进行了改进。生产实践证明衬里材料的准确选用 ,锚固结构的改进 ,施工质量的提高 ,以及严格的烘烤 ,是提高衬里强度 ,延长衬里使用周期的关键。
The performances of several heat insulation material and antiabrasion material used for lining of outer spill pipe in RFCCU have been compared. Lining's anchored structure has been improved as well. The production practice shows that proper lining selection for material, improving on anchored structure, good quality of construction and the strict baking of lining are the keys to enhance lining strength and prolong the service period.
