摘要
介绍了一种润滑油基础油高效固体脱氮工艺。该工艺是在白土精制过程中加入少量WLDN固体脱氮剂 ,反应完毕后过滤 ,则碱性氮化物与白土一起被脱除。该工艺简单 ,投资少 ,成本低 ,脱氮效果好 ,对原料适应性强 ,对环境无污染 ,是润滑油生产厂提高产品质量的有效方法。该脱氮工艺适宜的操作条件为 :脱氮剂用量 1%,白土用量 1%,反应温度 10 0~ 130℃ ,反应时间 2 0~ 30min。
An efficient solid denitrogenation process for lubricant base oil is introduced. A small amount of WLDN solid denitrogenation agent was added into lubricant base oil in the process of clay refining and basic nitrogen compounds were removed together with the clay by filtering after the reaction. The process has such advantages as simple process, less investment, low cost, good denitrogenation effect and strong adaptability to feedstock with no environment pollution. It is an effective method to upgrade lube oil quality. The suitable operation conditions for the process are as follows: 1% WHDN denitrogenation agent, 1%clay, reaction temperature 100~130℃ and reaction time 20~30 min.
