摘要
提出了裂解汽油加氢装置中脱C9塔的改进技术 ,用高效丝网波纹填料及规整板波纹填料替换原有的浮阀塔板 ,同时使用了新型闪蒸进料器以及新型多级导板液体分布器等专利技术 ,解决了该塔长期存在的分离效果差 ,C8芳烃收率低的技术难题 ,经过半年多的生产实践及严格标定 ,证明改造完全成功 ,并降低了能耗 ,有显著的经济效益。
The de-C 9 fractionator of crack gasoline hydrogenation plant in Lanzhou Petrochemical Works was revamped.The problems of poor efficiency of the fractionator and the low yields of C 8 aromatics were solved by using patented feeder for flash evaporation and multistage guide liquid distributor.The utilization experiences for more than one half of a year show that the revamping is successful with decreasing energy consumption and increasing economical benefits.
