高性能Al_2O_3/S PLOT石英毛细管色谱柱的研制及其低碳烃分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用液相沉渍法制备出高效Al2 O3/SPLOT毛细管色谱柱 ,并采用Al2 O3/SPLOT柱对C1 ~C4 低碳烃和聚合级丙烯试样进行了分析。结果表明 ,所制备的Al2 O3/SPLOT柱具有较高的柱容量、适宜的选择性、良好的柱惰性 ,其对C1 ~C4 低碳烃具有较强的分离能力。 This paper describes a new method for coating of high performance PLOT columns with alumina by means of liquid phase deposition other than dynamic or static coating techniques.The selectivity,reproducibility and separation power of the column in light hydrocarbon analyses were examined and compared with other brands of alumina PLOT columns. It is seen that baseline separation can be realized for all the 20 components.The peak shapes are quite narrow and symmetrical as well,the 4 isomers of butene can be distinguished efficiently,while cyclopropane and propylene or cis -2-butene and iso pentane can be separated with high resolution.In addition,column efficiency of 2500 plates per meter,with capacity factor 1 2 and tailing factor 1 04 are obtained with Al 2O 3/S column of a size of 50 m×0 53 mm.The columns show high performance,strong capacity,sufficient selectivity,good reproducibility and unique activity in the analysis of light hydrocarbons C 1~C 4,pure propylene and 1,3-butadiene.
