摘要
根据填料的性质、应用范围和特点阐述了影响填料湿润的主要因素及湿润的必要条件,湿润的基本原理,湿润对填料塔的传质效果的影响。从固/液界面的粘附功和内聚功平衡分析入手,结合流体在填料环壁表面的理想流动,通过湿润准数,利用热力学方法,导出了填料塔最小润湿速率的计算公式。基于填料润湿的基本规律,以及填料过程中的特殊效应,提出了改善填料塔润湿的有效途径。并举例说明了该计算公式的实际应用情况及应用效果。
it sets forth main factor which influences packing wetness and necessary conditions of wetness,basic principle of wetness and effect of wetness on packing tower mass transfer based on property,application scope and characteristics of the packing.Beginning with adhesion and cohesion work equilibrium analysis of solid/liquid boundary,and combining idle flow of liquid on packing round surface,through allowable wetness value,it leads to calculation formula for packing tower minimum wetness rate via utilizing thermodynamic method.It sets forth effective ways to improve packing tower wetness based on basic regularity and specific effect during the packing as well,and illustrate practical application situation as well as application result of the calculation formula by samples.
