摘要
大庆石化公司炼油厂300kt/a汽油加氢精制装置自建成、投产以来,因系统差压上升过快,严重影响了装置的长周期运转。经过几年来装置操作经验的摸索,找出造成系统差压上升的原因,采取针对性的措施,初步取得成功。运转周期由原来的3～6个月延长到目前的1a以上。
long term cycle run was seriously effected by over growing differential pressure of the system after300kt/a gasoline hydrogenation unit ofDaqing petrochemicalcompany petroleum refinery plant was settled down and put into service.Through groping for many years ofplant operating experience,reasons caused system differentialpressure has been found out and preliminary achievement has been obtained after cor-responding countermoves was implemented.Thus the plant run length has been extended from3～6months up to over1year.
