摘要
扬子石化公司烯烃厂乙二醇车间500#蒸发器自1987年投料开车后,塔壁发生了严重的磨蚀现象,曾导致了多起装置非计划停车事故。文章针对蒸发系统特定的工艺特点,分析了发生磨蚀的机理,得出结论———高温、弱酸性的水溶性介质是造成磨蚀的根本原因;高速介质对器壁的冲刷是引起壁厚减薄的直接原因。并结合1992年度装置大检修的实际过程,提出了相应的修复措施及施工方案。
serious abrasion occurred at tower wall which caused multiple non-planned emergency shut down ever since500#vaporizer of YangZi petrochemical company olefin plant ethandiol unit was commissioned and start-up in1987.it analyzes the mechanism of abrasion happening in the right of designated process feature of the vaporizer and concludes that-high temperature and weak acid water-soluble media is basic reason causing the abrasion,flushing of high velocity media to vessel wall is direct reason causing thin wall thickness.Combining practical procedure of1992plant overhaul,it sets forth corresponding maintenance method as well as engineering scheme.
