轧制工艺对气瓶钢板示波冲击性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 应用示波冲击试验技术测量了不同终轧温度下HP2 95钢板在系列温度下的冲击韧性。测量了冲击断口试样的横向扩张量 ,利用扫描电镜分析了示波冲击断口形貌。结果表明 ,终轧温度提高 ,钢的韧脆转变温度提高 ,钢的冲击韧性下降 ,裂纹扩展功下降。示波冲击温度越低 ,终轧温度对韧性的影响越显著。 Impact toughness of HP295 steel plate were investigated at different finishing temperature and test temperature by means of instrumented impact test . LME of impact fracture were measured. Fractography of instrumented impact were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the temperature of ductile-to-brittle rise,impact toughness and crack propagation absorbed impact energy decrease along with finishing temperature rising.The lower instrumented temperature is,the greater effect of finishing temperature on toughness.There is good relation between impact toughness and LME of fracture with topography of fracture surfaces.
