摘要
在对连铸中间包盖板使用情况调查及失效分析的基础上 ,根据使用要求 ,设计了金属—耐火材料复合中间包盖板。研制了ZG30V铸钢的盖体和低水泥浇注料盖板内衬 ,试制出了结构合理、重量轻、保温隔热效果好的新型连铸中间包盖板 ,经过实际应用达到了预期的效果 ,满足了生产需要 。
The metal-refractory compound tundish cover was designed through applying situation investigation and failure analysis. ZG30V cast steel cover with low-cement castable lining were developed. This new-made compound tundish cover for continuous casting has several advantages, such as reasonable structure, light weight and good insulating ability. The using of compound cover achieved anticipate effects and good technical-and-economic indexes, satisfied production requirement.
