摘要
马钢利用Nb微合金化技术开发出“多级”结构用热轧H型钢 ,它同时满足三个标准的要求。本文介绍了其冶炼、连铸生产工艺 ,通过本生产工艺生产的异型坯质量优良 ,满足了热轧H型钢生产的需要 ,使马钢热轧H型钢产品成功打入了美国市场。
Masteel has developed the H-beam steel used in 'many grades' structure by taking advantage of Nb micro-alloy technology.Masteel H-beam steel meets the requirements of three different standards at the same time.Its smelt and continuous casting process has been introduced in this paper.The beam blank produced through this process is of premium quality and meets the requirement of hot-rolled H-beam production.It has also successfully brought Mateel hot-rolled H-beam products to American market.
