从钨渣中提取氧化钪的工艺研究 被引量:24

摘要 以钨渣为原料 ,硫酸浸出 ,用铁屑将Fe(Ⅲ )还原为Fe(Ⅱ ) ,用 0 1%伯胺N192 3 萃取分离钍 ,4 0 %伯胺N192 3 萃取富集钪 ,硫酸洗涤负载有机相分离稀土和铁 ,过氧化氢洗涤分离钛 ,盐酸反萃取钪 ,叔胺N2 3 5从氯化钪溶液中再次萃取分离铁 ,氨水和草酸前后两次沉淀钪 ,最后灼烧草酸钪获得氧化钪 ,其纯度为 90 % ,收率为82 %。 Tungstenic slag is taken as the raw material and decomposited by H_2SO_4.In the acid extract solution,Th is separated by 0 1% primary amine N_ 1923 ,Fe(Ⅲ) is reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by iron powder,Sc is extracted and enriched by 4 0% primary amine N_ 1923 .Fe and RE are separated by H_2SO_4 from the organic phase which loads Sc,Ti is separated by HCl+H_2O_2 and Sc is antiextracted by HCl.Fe is separated by 25% teriary amine N_ 235 from the ScCl_3 solution again.Sc is precipitated by NH_3·H_2O and H_2C_2O_4 two times.Sc_2O_3 is obtained by ignited the oxalate.The purity of Sc_2O_3 is 90% and recovery of Sc_2O_3 is 82%.
