摘要
研究了烧结工艺参数对金属陶瓷摩擦材料抗剪强度和金属陶瓷摩擦片结合强度的影响 ,观察并分析了断口形貌。研究结果表明 ,金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度随烧结工艺参数 (温度、压力 )的提高而提高 ;金属陶瓷摩擦片的剪切破坏发生在金属陶瓷摩擦材料层 ,金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度高于金属陶瓷摩擦材料的抗剪强度。合理地选择烧结工艺参数可使金属陶瓷摩擦材料与钢背的结合强度提高。
The effects of sintering parameters on the shear and bond strength of ceramet friction material were studied and its fracture morphology was observed and analyzed. The results indicated that the shear strength increased with the increase of sintering parameters(temperature and pressure). The shear fracture of friction plate was huppened in the ceramet friction material layer. The bond strength of ceramet friction material to steel backing was higher than its shear strength. The bond strength can be further improved by choosing reasonable sintering parameters
