摘要
通过机械合金化和热处理制备了Al/MoSi2 复合粉末 ,利用X射线衍射分析了相的变化 ,并根据Burgio模式估算了生成Mo(Si,Al) 2 相的球磨能。结果表明 :Al Mo Si混合粉在高能球磨过程中无Al Mo中间相产生 ,Mo(Si,Al) 2 相的机械合金化机理为类自蔓延 ,其生成所需的球磨能量约为 2 4 .5~ 30 .6kJ·g-1,将球磨 4 0h的Al Mo Si混合粉经 10 0 0℃热处理后可获得MoSi2 (Al)固溶体或MoSi2 和Mo(Si,Al) 2 复合材料。
Al/MoSi 2 powders have been synthesized by means of mechanical alloying and heat treatment.The phase change was characterized by X-ray diffraction.Using Burgio model,the synthesis energy of Mo(Si,Al) 2 by mechanical alloying was calculated.Results show that there are no Al-Mo interim phases appearing in the milling process of Al-Mo-Si mixture powders.The formation mechanism of Mo(Si,Al) 2 by mechanical alloying is like SHS,and the milling energy of about 24.5~30.6kJ·g~ -1 will be needed for the phase formation.MoSi 2(Al) solid solution or Mo(Si,Al) 2/MoSi 2 composite could be prepared by heat-treatment at 1000℃ after Al-Mo-Si powders milled 40 hours.
