大承气颗粒剂中微量元素的溶出量分析

Analysis on Dissolved Content of Trace Element in Dachenqi Granules

采用原子吸收光谱法测定了大承气颗粒剂中铅、砷、镉、铬、铜和锌的含量及其在人工胃液和人工肠液中的溶出量。结果表明 ,大承气颗粒剂中微量重金属元素在人工胃液中的溶出量明显高于人工肠液中 ,其中铜。

The content of Pb,As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Zn in Dachengqi granules and the dissolved content of these elements in artificial gastric and intestinal fluid were determined by AAS.The results showed that the dissolution rates of the heavy metals in artificial gastric fluid were obviously higher than those in artificial intestinal fluid,while the dissolution rates of Cu,Zn in the preparation were higher than those of the other elements.
