Determination of Trace Elements in Euphorbia fischeriana Steud

采用原子吸收光谱法测定了狼毒大戟中 1 0种微量元素的含量。实验结果表明 ,该药K、Mg、Fe、Zn等元素的含量较高 ,这与其抗癌和调节机体免疫机能的活性有关。

The content of 10 trace elements in Euphorbia fischeriana Steud was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that Euphorbia fischeriana Steud contained abundant K,Mg,Fe and Zn which may result in anticancer activity and regulate human bodys immunity function.
