摘要
根据现有的设计资料设计带传动时 ,在某些情况下不能充分发挥带传动的工作能力 .本文从带传动的基本公式分析入手 ,通过普通V带传动的静态和动态实验及分析 ,得出传动带工作时其拉伸变形不符合虎克定律 ,应力与应变呈非线性关系 ,且在传递载荷较大时 ,仍有较大的工作潜力 ,从而为充分发挥带传动的工作能力提供了设计依据 .
For many years,the authors have noticed that the driving capability of belt drives can not be fully utilized when the ready-made data is applied.In order to solve this problem,dynamic and static experiments and analysis of belt drives have been carried out,and some conclusions have been drawn,that is,the stretching deformation of belt does not conform to Hooker's Law.Therefore,in this paper,non-linear formula on stress and strain of elastic property of belt drives is worked out,which will play an important role in improving the capability of belt drives.
