摘要
利用有限元法分析和建立了钢包的热力学模型 ,获取钢包温度场的分布规律 ,结果与实测值吻合 .在此基础上 ,改变钢包的结构尺寸和导热系数 ,分别计算了不同状况下的钢包温度场分布 .通过比较分析 。
The paper builds up a thermodynamics model of the ladle by ANSYS program, and gives rules of temperature field distribution of the ladle.The result accords with true value. On the basis of the result, some temperature field distribution of the different size and the different conduct coefficient of the ladle are computed by changing the size of the ladle . And some measurements of the ladle structure size are obtained by comparing and analyzing.
