摘要
介绍所研制的带有数字波形发生器的结晶器电液伺服振动控制系统 ,与传统的振动装置相比 ,该系统能够根据连铸工艺要求方便地改变振动波形 ,并能在线改变振动频率和幅值等参数 ,从而有效地改善控制精度 ,提高连铸自动化水平 .实验研究结果表明 ,振动控制系统频宽可达 12 Hz,能够满足连铸生产的要求 .
In this paper, the mould electro hydraulic servo oscillation control system with digital wave occurer is introduced. Compared with the traditional equipment, the system can easily adjust the oscillation wave according to the continuous casting technique and adjust the parameters of frequency and magnitude.The control precision is improved and the automation level of continuous casting is enhanced. The study indicates the system frequency range can reach 12 Hz and can satisfy the needs of the continuous casting prodution
